The Raleigh office in particular offers the feel of a close-knit team supported by the resources, expertise, and project pipeline of a large, well-established contractor.Job DescriptionThis position will be responsible for the following:Manage up to two construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
Lead project teams, including direct oversight of Assistant Project Managers and Project EngineersMaintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client relationships
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Identify and mitigate project risks while driving schedule and budget performance
Support business objectives through proactive communication and strong project leadership

Proven experience managing projects valued at $15M or greater
Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience mentoring or overseeing project support staff is a plus
Must be able to work on-site in the Raleigh, NC market
