The company is particularly recognized for healthcare construction but also works on education, commercial, faith-based, recreational, and other complex institutional facilities. Known for its emphasis on Lean Construction principles, it focuses on improving project efficiency, collaboration, and overall client experience.Job DescriptionOversee site operations to ensure projects progress according to schedule and budget. Coordinate subcontractors and vendors, managing workflows and resolving issues quickly. Enforce safety standards and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations and protocols. Monitor quality control throughout all phases to meet strict healthcare construction requirements.
