Project Manager

Known for its supportive culture and consistent pipeline of work, the business invests in its people and promotes long-term career progression.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will report to Senior Leadership and take ownership of end-to-end project delivery.Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

Lead project meetings and provide updates to leadership

Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Oversee procurement and subcontractor agreements

Construction we are seeking:Proven experience managing commercial construction projects

Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting

Ability to lead teams and drive projects to completion

Experience working with subcontractors and managing vendors
