Job Description

Project ManagerThe Project Manager's Responsibilities:Lead large-scale commercial, healthcare, and education ground-up projects from preconstruction through final completion.Report directly to construction leadership while overseeing project execution, strategy, and team coordination.Act as the primary point of contact for owners, design teams, and subcontractors, ensuring project quality, safety, and successful delivery.Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation through industry-leading management systems.Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams during preconstruction while driving process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee projects valued at $20M+ within a robust $500M+ project pipeline.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
