Job Description

Project Manager

Lead healthcare and medical office projects in a stable, people-first builder.

Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation. Lead coordination with owners, architects, subs, and field teams. Oversee healthcare compliance, inspections, and quality standards. Drive procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change management. Foster strong team communication and problem-solving.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of PM experience in hospital or medical office projects. Strong construction document and technical knowledge. Construction degree preferred. Military background welcome. Motivated, team-oriented, and hands-on leadership style.
