Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and project stakeholders. Review contracts, plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and leadership. Identify and resolve project risks, scheduling issues, and cost concerns. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Support estimating and preconstruction activities when required.

The Successful Applicant
Commercial construction project management experience. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractor management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with clients and project teams. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
