Job Description

Project ManagerManage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule performance. Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and project buyout activities. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and cost-control strategies. Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and field teams to drive successful outcomes. Mentor junior team members while contributing to business development and future project opportunities. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Collaborative, proactive, and career-driven professional with a track record of successful project delivery.Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus 10% annual bonus, $875/month vehicle allowance, and relocation assistance available. 3-4 weeks PTO, strong healthcare coverage, and student loan assistance programs. Clear progression path from Project Manager through Senior PM, Project Executive, Director, and VP-level leadership.
