Casino ProjectThe Project Manager
Richmond
Casino Project will be responsible for:Managing construction projects from start to finish with a focus on timelines and cost control

Coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders

Monitoring project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation

Leading regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership

Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project life cycle

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Casino Project should have:5+ years of project management experience

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects

Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls

Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating cross-functional teams

Familiarity with construction management software and tools

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
