Job Description

Project ManagerOur client is a nationally recognized real estate developer and general contractor specializing in luxury multifamily and mixed-use construction. Their vertically integrated approach creates exceptional project visibility and advancement opportunities.Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout

Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk

Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements

Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors

Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives

Serve as the primary client contact throughout project delivery

Track project financial performance and forecasting
