Construction Project Manager

A respected Florida-based construction firm with decades of experience delivering complex projects. The organization is known for integrity, efficiency, and a strong track record managing large-scale institutional and commercial construction programs.

Job Description

Manage occupied institutional and healthcare renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Maintain schedules, budgets, and project reporting. Lead communication within active campus environments. The Successful Applicant

Experience managing institutional renovation projects. Healthcare project experience preferred. Strong client-facing communication skills. Currently based in the Miami or Plantation area. Able to provide 3 professional references and detailed reasons for leaving prior roles.
