Project ManagerLead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects valued at $15M+. Manage up to two projects simultaneously while maintaining budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives. Supervise and mentor project team members, including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers. Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout all project phases. Drive project schedules, procurement activities, cost management, and risk mitigation efforts. Oversee contract administration, change orders, and project financial reporting. Foster strong relationships with clients and project partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
