Leading and coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure schedule, quality, and safety standards are met
Maintaining clear communication with owners, end users, and internal stakeholders in live healthcare settings
Overseeing project budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and documentation
Ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols, infection control procedures, and hospital regulations
Fostering a collaborative, respectful, and professional jobsite ProfileA successful Project Manager should have:3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
Background in commercial interiors or renovation projects; healthcare experience welcomed but not required
Strong leadership skills with experience managing field teams
Ability to work professionally and mindfully in sensitive, occupied environment
Organized, detailed-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
