Job Description

Commercial Construction Project ManagerCoordinate and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and completion. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring financial targets are met. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and maintain high-quality standards. Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
