Family Owned & Operated Custom Home Builder is looking for a Project Manager to join their team!Projects ranging from $1M - $7M, and an excellent reputation with the quality of work and professionalism from their team.40+ years building High-End Custom Homes throughout the state of Maine, this Builder has been expanding and growing consistently over the decade!Client DetailsThe Project Manager is responsible for:Providing overall administration and coordination of design and construction activities
Working efficiently both on-site and in the office weekly
Ensuring the quality of high standard performance and compliance
Daily interfacing with on-site construction team, contractors, & architects/engineersCommunicating daily with the owner/clientEstablishing project objective goals
Managing multiple projects at any given time
DescriptionManage residential construction projects from planning through completion.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly.Communicate project updates to stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.Prepare and present reports on project milestones and financial.Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
