Job Description

Project ManagerThe Project Manager will report into senior operations leadership and play a key role in delivering complex projects across education and public sectors.Responsibilities include:Leading the full lifecycle of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Managing budgets, schedules, and overall project financial performance

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Overseeing contract administration, procurement, and change management

Collaborating closely with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence

Providing regular reporting and project updates to internal and external stakeholders

Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a strong team culture

The successful applicant will have:5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management

Proven experience delivering K-12, higher education, or municipal projects

Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts

Proficiency in industry software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
