Project Manager

The company has built its reputation on repeat clients, quality project delivery, and a team-oriented approach, offering Project Managers the resources and autonomy to manage successful projects without being buried in unnecessary corporate layers.
Job Description
- Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
- Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
- Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, design teams, and trade partners
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure quality, safety, and contractual requirements are maintained throughout the project

The Successful Applicant
- Combination of multifamily and commercial construction experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
- Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor management
- Ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
- Proficiency with construction project management software and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
