Job Description

Project Manager - Commercial & MultifamilyOur client is a well-established, full-service General Contractor operating across Northern New England. With a strong presence in sectors including multifamily, healthcare, education, and commercial construction, they are known for their collaborative culture, consistent project pipeline, and long-tenured workforce.Job DescriptionLead projects from preconstruction through closeout ($1M-$50M range)Develop and manage detailed project schedules (critical focus area)Oversee budgets, subcontractor coordination, and procurement

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Collaborate with superintendents, clients, and internal teams

Track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery

Maintain quality control and safety standards across projects

Multifamily experience strongly preferred (open to commercial GC backgrounds)Proven strength in project scheduling and schedule management

Experience managing multiple project phases independently
