Description Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to senior operations leadership, the Project Manager
  • Mechanical Construction will take full ownership of multiple projects and act as the commercial and operational lead throughout the project lifecycle.Lead the delivery of large, complex mechanical projects from pre‑construction through close‑outTake full responsibility for project budgets, forecasting, cost control, billings and cash flow

Manage contract administration, change management, procurement and subcontractor negotiations

Oversee project scheduling, labour resourcing, productivity and field coordination

Lead and develop high‑performing Project Managers, Engineers and support staff

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, vendors and subcontractors

Drive continuous improvement across project controls, processes and operational performance Profile The Successful ApplicantFor the Project Manager

  • Mechanical Construction, we are seeking:Extensive experience delivering mechanical construction projects within an MEP contractor environment15+ years' relevant project management experience, including responsibility for multiple large projects

Strong commercial acumen with proven ownership of budgets, forecasts, billings and cash positions

Demonstrated leadership experience managing autonomous teams and senior project staff

Ability to negotiate complex commercial and contractual matters with senior stakeholders

High level of organisation, attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment

Strong systems experience, ideally with ERP and project management platforms (e.g. Viewpoint, Bluebeam, CAD / VDC tools)Degree‑qualified or equivalent combination of education and hands‑on industry experience

Candidate must be able to travel to multiple states as needed. Job Offer What's on OfferBase salary of USD 112,000 - 150,000, dependent on experience
