Job Description

Sealants Project ManagerFounded in the Midwest in 1951, this organization has grown into one of the largest precast manufacturers and installers in the U.S., generating approximately $1B in annual revenue. While large and well‑capitalized, the culture remains people‑first, with a family feel, strong values, and a focus on long‑term employee development. Its sealants division, launched in 2018, is scaling rapidly and operating like a focused general contractor for a single trade.

Manage sealant projects from kickoff through closeout
Coordinate field superintendents, foremen, and crews
Interface with general contractors, owners, and inspectors
Track schedule, budget, and quality performance

Proven ability to run projects independently

Data center or mission‑critical experience is a plus* $110,000-$125,000 base salary plus 10% target bonus
