Job Description
Project ManagerPlan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow. Monitor on-site activities to ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays in the project timeline. Maintain clear communication with clients and address any concerns promptly. Ability to adapt to project changes and manage competing priorities. Proficiency with project management tools and software.Competitive salary ranging from $110000 to $125,000 USD annually.
