This is a firm that is very strategic in their work and focus on work they can execute at a high level doing all of it with strong project teams and loyal clients. Client HighlightsFinancially strong, well-established ~$400M general contractor with an excellent local reputation

All work is local to Indy and the surrounding communities - Noblesville, Fishers, Greenwood, etc.Projects typically range from $20M-$50M, looking to grow into the $100M+ range

Deep repeat-client relationships and a steady, reliable backlog

Job DescriptionGlimpse of your role:Lead large scale commercial, healthcare & education ground up projects from inception through completion

Report directly into the Director & President of ConstructionServe as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety

Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools

Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement
