Job Description
The Project Manager's Key Responsibilities
- Work primarily from the office, overseeing day-to-day project coordination and execution
- Partner closely with Superintendents to develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and keep work moving on schedule
- Review and manage daily reports, project documentation, and field updates to stay ahead of potential issues
- Lead and participate in OAC meetings, coordinating directly with owners, architects, and key project stakeholders
- Make periodic jobsite visits for progress checks, coordination meetings, and field oversight
- Utilize the company's fleet vehicles for all project-related site visits and meetings

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Project Manager
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with proven exposure to ground-up project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout
- Strong experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships
- Working knowledge of Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management platforms
- Solid understanding of building codes, permitting, jobsite safety, and commercial construction processes
- Experience in estimating, preconstruction, or field operations is highly preferred
