A company in the property industry located in East Providence.

Job Description

Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any on-site issues. Prepare and present project updates to key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Develop risk management strategies to address potential project challenges. Foster clear communication among team members and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have: Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry.
