MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.Experience managing projects valued at $20M+.Ground-up construction experience preferred; large-scale renovation experience will also be considered.Public, civic, municipal, educational, or K-12 project experience is highly preferred.Proficiency with Procore.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.Stable employment history with reputable construction firms is highly valued.Ability to commute to the Waltham, MA area and local project sites.What's on OfferBase salary: $135,000 - $165,000+ (flexibility for exceptional public-sector experience)Long-term project pipeline and career growth opportunities
