Job Description

Commercial Construction Project Manager

A well-established, highly respected commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects across multiple sectors. The company has built a collaborative, team-oriented culture and offers Project Managers the opportunity to work on varied projects while having meaningful ownership of their work, strong internal support, and long-term career growth.

Job Description

Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.

The Successful Applicant

Commercial construction Project Management experience
Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
A mixture of project experience across commercial sectors
Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and subcontractor management
Ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
