Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Description
- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.

The Successful Applicant
- Commercial construction Project Management experience
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion
- A mixture of project experience across commercial sectors
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and subcontractor management
- Ability to communicate effectively with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
