Job Description

Commercial Project ManagerA growing commercial general contractor with a long history, a strong pipeline, and a tight-knit team culture. They have been around for 40+ years and their commercial business has grown about 40% year over year so now they are looking for a PM who communicates clearly, takes initiative, and works well with both clients and field teams.Job DescriptionManage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout

Lead design-build processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination

Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communication

Support estimating, buyout, and monthly project reporting

Partner closely with superintendents to maintain quality, safety, and schedule

Able to step in and run active projects immediately

Strong communicator who is personable, client-facing, and comfortable presenting

Organized, proactive, and collaborative - someone who fits well in a small, team-oriented culture

Experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Smartsheet) is a plus

Estimating experience or the ability to bid/manage your own projects is highly valued
