Job Description

Project ManagerJoin a growing Connecticut leadership team to manage high-end healthcare and commercial projects. With more than three decades of success across Massachusetts and Connecticut, our client has built a reputation for delivering high-quality healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial, and institutional projects. Their relationship-first approach has resulted in substantial repeat business and continued growth throughout the region.Job DescriptionManage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams. Manage contracts, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Monitor project financials and assist with forecasting activities. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to drive project execution. Proven experience managing projects valued at $25M+Experience within healthcare, education, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, country club, or similarly complex project environments

Strong understanding of construction operations and project financial management

Ability to manage sophisticated renovation and highly customized construction projects

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, client management, and leadership capabilities
