Construction Project Manager
Construction organization with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial and multifamily projects. They have built a long-standing presence in their market through repeat clients, experienced leadership, and a focus on quality construction, while maintaining a collaborative environment where Project Managers are trusted to take ownership of their work and develop their careers.
Job Description
Manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and change orders
Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Lead project meetings with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
Monitor project costs and identify potential risks or issues
Work closely with field leadership to coordinate day-to-day project execution
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
Drive quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project closeout, turnover, and final documentation

The Successful Applicant
Proven experience managing multifamily and commercial construction projects
Experience with ground-up construction strongly preferred
Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, and subcontractor management
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore and/or similar platforms
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
