Job Description

Lead Iconic Manhattan Construction ProjectsManage multiple phases of construction projects from planning through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain profitability.Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.Support procurement, subcontractor management, and project closeout activities.Mentor junior project staff and contribute to team development.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
