Job Description

Project ManagerYou'll manage multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring they're delivered safely, on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and client service. Key responsibilities include:Managing projects from planning through completion.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Overseeing budgets, schedules and project performance.Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.Managing project risks, procurement and contract administration.Leading project meetings and stakeholder communication.Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.We're looking for someone who has:Experience managing commercial construction TI projects.Strong financial and budget management skills.Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management experience.The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.A proactive, solutions-focused approach.Willingness to travel to project locations as required.Experience delivering retail, commercial, rollout or multi-site construction programmes would be highly advantageous. Candidates within commuting distance of the Lancaster, OH area are preferred, although hybrid and out-of-state applicants willing to travel to the office monthly are also encouraged to apply.What's on offer:Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 annually.Project BonusesTruck allowance, gas card
