Job Description

Project ManagerOur client is a well-established South Florida general contractor specializing in multifamily and mixed-use construction. Known for a collaborative, team-driven approach and long-term client relationships, they prioritize quality, on-time delivery, and a healthy work-life balance backed by stable leadership and a strong company culture.Job DescriptionOversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on multifamily and mixed-use projects

Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor buyout processes

Lead coordination of interiors and MEP scopes to ensure alignment with schedule and design intent

Interpret construction documents, scopes, and specifications to support execution and cost control

Enforce project-level safety standards, quality control, and risk management processes

Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project flow

Proven background in multifamily or mixed-use construction

Strong experience managing interiors and complex MEP systems from a project management perspective

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Strong leadership, financial management, and communication skills

Track record of successfully delivering projects within team-based structures
