Join A Growing, Local GC & Help Expand Construction DivisionBe trusted to run and manage your projects.About Our ClientOur client is a well respected and established general contractor in the Indianapolis area looking for project managers at all levels of experience to join their growing team. They have several high profile multifamily projects coming up and are looking for someone to lead them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects.Job DescriptionManaging ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover. Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M. Delivering on time and within budget projects for multifamily clients across Indianapolis. Create and maintain the master schedule. Assist in preconstruction planning. Oversee a project engineer and delegate tasks. Work alongside superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projects. Travel occasionally to project sites.The Successful Applicant3-5+ years working on multifamily projects. Construction related degree preferred. Land development experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities. Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work. Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion. Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement). Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc. Experience calling subcontractors, soliciting bids / prices. Familiarity with Procore.What's On OfferBase salary: $100-120k, based upon experience. WFH flexibility allowed. Moldable role based on hire's vision.
