This is an urgent replacement hire created after a long-tenured team member moved on to an opportunity they could not pass up. The organization has a track record of promoting from within and is looking for an adaptable Project Manager interested in building a long-term career.

Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning through completion.

Lead commercial tenant fit-out projects.

Coordinate general contractors, consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders.

Monitor project schedules, budgets and deliverables.

Maintain clear communication throughout the construction process.

Serve as a professional, client-facing representative of the organization.

Partner with senior development and project leadership.

Help identify and resolve project issues to keep work moving forward.

Commercial construction or real estate project management background.

Experience working for or closely with a general contractor.

Strong tenant fit-out experience preferred.

Hospitality/hotel construction exposure would be advantageous.

Comfortable managing multiple active projects.

Highly personable with strong client-facing communication skills.

Adaptable, organized and able to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.

Career-minded candidate interested in long-term advancement.

Salary Range: $115,000-$130,000 base, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Bonus: 10%.
