Job Description

Project ManagerAn established and nationally recognized commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to lead high-profile construction projects while working with an organization known for delivering complex projects across multiple market sectors.Job DescriptionManage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.Lead project planning, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.Build and maintain strong client and design team relationships.Monitor project costs, change orders, and financial performance.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.Coordinate with field teams to drive successful project execution.Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
