Job Description
The Project Manager will report to Senior Operations Leadership and play a critical role in successfully delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and overall project execution.
- Lead construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate internal project teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Support preconstruction activities including estimating, value engineering, and procurement strategies.
- Drive project performance and client satisfaction while achieving profitability goals.

The Successful Applicant
For the Project Manager we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor or construction management firm.
- Experience managing ground-up and renovation construction projects.
- Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management, and contract administration.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and client service.
