Project ManagerA long-standing general contractor with over a century of continuous success, delivering complex projects across multifamily, healthcare, education, and light industrial markets. Known for its strong culture, the business prioritizes internal promotion, structured development, and long-term employee growth.Job DescriptionLead ground-up construction projects ($5M+) from inception to completion

Manage RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor coordination

Control budgets, schedules, and quality standards

Collaborate closely with Superintendents and project teams
