Job Description

Project Manager

Lead high-profile automotive and commercial projects. New market expansion with strong backing.

Manage ground-up automotive dealership projects from award through closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls. Administer subcontracts and coordinate stakeholder communications. Lead project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance. Prepare and maintain project financial reporting and forecasting.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5+ years of commercial construction experience. Ground-up project management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontract administration. Proven ability to manage project teams and client relationships.

Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 + Bonus. Annual bonus opportunity up to 15%. Stable pipeline with long-term growth potential. Leadership exposure within an expanding Florida operation.
