Historic Renovation Project ManagerPlan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the $20M historic renovation project. Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain alignment. Monitor construction progress and resolve any challenges that arise. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management. Manage procurement of materials and ensure efficient resource allocation.
