Job Description

Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering construction projects from pre-construction through completion, reporting directly to senior leadership.Lead full lifecycle project delivery across commercial construction projects

Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships

Coordinate with internal teams including estimating, field staff, and leadership

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget

Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates

Oversee risk management, safety compliance, and quality assurance

Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilitiesA team-first mindset aligned with a collaborative, relationship-driven culture
