Project Manager - Industrial And Warehouse Construction

The Project Manager will take full ownership of industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll work closely with in‑house design teams and field leadership, managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations. This role offers exposure to large‑footprint, technically straightforward but schedule‑intensive projects with strong systems and support in place. Lead contract negotiations and procurements

Manage owner relationships and reporting

Coordinate with superintendents and engineers

Oversee project closeout and warranty Profile 7+ years of project management experience

Industrial or warehouse project background preferred

Strong cost control and forecasting abilities
