- Branford, you will be responsible for:Managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
Coordinating owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
Overseeing interior renovation and civil/sitework construction activities
Managing contracts, procurement, and subcontractor buyouts
Reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Monitoring project costs and preparing financial forecasts
Leading project meetings and maintaining client communication
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Managing project documentation and reporting requirements
Identifying risks and implementing proactive solutions
Supporting project turnover and closeout activities
The successful candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
Experience managing both interior construction and civil/site development projects
Strong understanding of excavation, utilities, grading, drainage, and sitework operations
Experience with commercial interiors, renovations, or tenant improvements
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control experience
Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and structural drawings
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
