Project Manager
Our client is an established commercial general contractor specializing in interior renovations, corporate office build-outs, and healthcare construction. Combining the resources and processes of a larger organization with the flexibility of a close-knit team, they are known for strong client relationships, repeat business, and a culture centered on accountability and collaboration.
Job Description
- Manage tenant improvement, office, healthcare, and renovation projects from award through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, submittals, and procurement activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and clients throughout construction
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Office to drive project execution and reporting
- Support estimating, preconstruction activities, and operational planning as needed

The Successful Applicant
- 3-7+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor
- Experience delivering interior renovations, tenant improvements, or healthcare projects
- Background with small to mid-sized contractors preferred
- Proficiency with Procore and strong project administration skills
- Flexible, client-focused professional with strong communication and leadership abilities
