With approximately $300M in annual revenue, a strong repeat-client base, and an $80M+ near-term backlog in Indianapolis, they offer long-term stability and exposure to large-scale projects typically valued at $20M+. A key differentiator is their self-perform capabilities, including concrete, carpentry, demolition, excavation, and general trades, giving teams greater control over project execution. The Indianapolis team is led by highly experienced construction professionals from respected local organizations and offers a collaborative, team-focused culture centered around quality, safety, innovation, and career growth.Job Description:The Project Manager's responsibilities:Lead light commercial and retail builds from the ground upWork with leadership as they continue to win more projects and expand into new sectors.Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement

Familiar with design/build construction processes
Construction related degree preferred
Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience
Experience using construction software
- Procore preferred
Scheduling and budgeting experience
Client facing
- Comfortable communicating with clients on projects
