Job Description

Project ManagerPlan and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability. Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve successful outcomes.A successful Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects from initiation to completion. Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Background in the property industry is a plus.Competitive salary.
