Job Description

Commercial Construction Project ManagerA nationally recognized commercial general contractor known for delivering high-quality projects with integrity, responsiveness, and exceptional client service. The company fosters a collaborative, team-oriented culture where employees are empowered to make an impact, grow their careers, and contribute to challenging projects for some of the nation's most recognized brands.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from award through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and submittals.Oversee procurement and material deliveries.Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.Monitor project costs, forecasting, and financial performance.Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations.Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.Mentor project engineers and support field teams as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Commercial construction project management experience in TI, Retail, Banking / Financial Institutions, Distribution & Warehouse Facilities, Hospitality, Hotels, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Convenience Stores / Gas StationsExperience with one or more of the preferred project sectors listed above.Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and scheduling.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.What's on OfferCompetitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000, based on experience
