Top ENR Firm Seeking Project Managers For Light Industrial Projects

Our client specializes in industrial and warehouse construction projects throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. Their portfolio includes distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, logistics hubs, and tenant improvement projects for nationally recognized clients. Job Description

Manage project schedules and milestones
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Review project drawings and specifications
Process RFIs, change orders, and submittals
Monitor project costs and forecasts
Lead client communications
Ensure project compliance with company standards

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree preferred
4+ years of construction project management experience
Industrial or warehouse project experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience using Procore and Microsoft Project preferred
