This role is responsible for managing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and on‑site execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading luxury residential projects, strong knowledge of construction methods and materials, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and builders. This position requires exceptional problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously while maintaining a premium client experience.
