Commercial General Contractor Project Manager

Job Description
- Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from planning through completion.
- Experience in delivering projects in the Miami market.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Lead subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and scope management.
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, infection control requirements, and safety protocols.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Oversee project closeout, commissioning, and turnover activities.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing projects ranging from $10M to $100M+.
- Knowledge of AHCA, ICRA, and healthcare construction best practices is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
- Strong financial management, scheduling, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
