Job Description

As a Building and Construction Project Manager in Syracuse, NY you will:

Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet goals.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations on-site.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and upper management.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
Maintain clear communication with all team members to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Building and Construction Project Manager in Syracuse, NY should have:

5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Strong understanding of construction scheduling and budgeting
Experience managing construction projects in the property sector.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
