Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionPlan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and work plans to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards. Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and project stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
